LFN’s 6 & 12-week programs:
- Meets 2 sessions per week which are progressive, building week-by-week to solidify and reinforce healthy habits—guiding participants through the needed physical and behavioral changes necessary for lasting results.
- In each one hour session, participants are introduced to a variety of level-appropriate equipment and exercises to improve coordination, range of movement, physical control, foundational strength, enable progression & weight control, and re-shape the body.
BEGINNER LEVEL
ACTIVE START is designed to kickstart your metabolism, muscle and motivation and caters to those who are generally inactive and may have been challenged by weight management and improving lifestyle factors. Active Start introduces exercises in a step-by-step fashion to establish a foundation of fitness which fosters control, confidence and balanced development.
- No experience is necessary.
- Complete our proprietary Lifestyle Assessment to identify high risk factors.
- Sessions include warm-up, workout and cool down ending with an applicable nutritional, lifestyle or motivational discussion.
- All equipment, accessories and materials are provided.
- Step-by-step weekly progression starting with simple movements and behavior changes.
- This will prepare participants for more rigorous activity and they will gain greater confidence to tackle more complex movements and programs.
INTERMEDIATE LEVEL
(Starting in Spring 2011)
IN MOTION was created for those who are somewhat active but would like to take their performance and conditioning to a higher level. In Motion participants have built a foundation but seek guidance on new techniques to trigger progress.

- For those who currently exercise.
- Complete our proprietary Lifestyle Assessment to identify high risk factors and fitness level.
- Sessions include warm-up, workout and cool down ending with an applicable nutritional, lifestyle or motivational discussion.
- All equipment, accessories and materials are provided.
- Introduce training and dietary variations to break through plateaus and barriers. I.e. mix of exercises, form adjustment, intensity and sequence or routine.
- Build through weekly, more challenging and complex exercises, increasing intensity and difficulty.
- Uses a variety of resistance equipment and unique body-weight Motion Straps to improve all-around physical performance.
- Program may be for general health and fitness or focus on strength training, body sculpting, breaking weight loss plateaus, enhanced sport performance, or anti-aging.
